摘　　要：目的分析下颌前伸矫治器(MAD)对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者生活质量的影响。方法 30例OSAHS患者,在MAD治疗前、后均进行爱普沃斯困倦量表(ESS)和Calgary生活质量指数(SAQLI)问卷调查,分析治疗前后白天嗜睡度(EDS)、日常活动、社会活动、情感及症状变化。结果 MAD治疗后,EDS明显减轻,SAQLI总分从治疗前的(4.6±0.2)分提高至治疗后的(5.7±0.3)分;日常活动、社会活动、情感、嗜睡等症状均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论 MAD可有效提高OSAHS患者生活质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of mandibular advancement device（MAD） on quality of life in patients with obstractive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（OASHS）.MethodsThirty OSAHS patients were treated with MAD and ESS score and Calgary sleep apnea quality of life index（SAQLI） questionnaire were completed before and after MAD insertion.The quality of life was compared in excessive daytime sleepiness（EDS）,daily social activity,changes of emotion and symptoms.Results After treated with MAD,the EDS tended descending,SAQLI scores increased [（4.6±0.2） points vs.（5.7±0.3） points]（P0.05）.The daily social activity,changes of emotion and symptoms were all improved significantly.Conclusion The quality of life in the patients with OSAHS is effectively improved after treated with MAD.
