摘　　要：目的探讨进展期胃癌术后患者自体树突状细胞（DC）疫苗同步化疗的临床疗效。方法 49例进展期胃癌术后患者分为两组：化疗组24例,接受单纯化疗;DC组25例,化疗同时联合4~8个疗程DC疫苗。结果与化疗组比较,DC组治疗有效率稍高（72.00%vs.62.50%）（P〉0.05）。DC组治疗后外周血CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋比值、自然杀伤（NK）细胞比率以及Th1细胞因子水平（IL-2I、L-12、IFN-γ和TNF-α）均明显高于化疗组（P〈0.05）。结论化疗联合DC疫苗的进展期胃癌术后患者非特异免疫功能和特异性细胞免疫应答明显优于单纯化疗。Objective To evaluate the effects of autologous dendritic cells（DC） vaccine combined with chemotherapy on immunity function of patients with advanced gastric cancer after operation.Methods Fourty-nine patients with advanced gastric cancer after operation were divided into two groups,of whom 25 cases were given autologous DC vaccine followed by chemotherapy（group A） and 24 cases received conventioal chemotherapy only（group B）.Results Compared to group B,group A had a slightly higher total effectiveness rate（72.00% vs.62.50%）（P0.05）,but had significantly higher levels of CD3＋,CD4＋ T cells,ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋,natural killer（NK） cells and Th1 cytokine levers（IL-2,IL-12,IFN-γ and TNF-α）（P0.05）.Conlusion The postoperative specific immune response and non-specific immunity function are better in patients with advanced gastric cancer treated with autologous DC vaccine followed by chemotherapy than those with conventioal chemotherapy alone.
