摘 要:目的检测LL-37在幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性胃炎胃黏膜上皮中的表达,评价其在Hp感染的胃黏膜表面的抗菌作用。方法随机选择患者36例,取胃窦黏膜组织,以快速尿素酶及改良Giemsa染色两种方法判断Hp的存在与否。两者同时阳性诊断为Hp阳性,同时阴性为Hp阴性。采用免疫组织化学技术(IHC)检测36例胃炎患者的病变黏膜组织中LL-37蛋白的表达。结果 IHC结果显示,LL-37在所有样本中均呈阳性胞质染色。22例幽门螺杆菌阳性胃黏膜均呈中-强阳性染色,幽门螺杆菌阴性胃黏膜组中LL-37为弱阳性染色,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。LL-37的表达量与幽门螺杆菌定植数量无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论 LL-37可能因Hp感染诱导呈上调表达,在Hp相关性胃炎中起到一定的抗菌作用。Objective To investigate the expression of LL-37 in Helicobacter pylori(Hp) induced gastritis and to evaluate the antibacterial role of LL-37 against Hp. Methods Biopsied gastric mucosa specimens from kip positive(n = 22) and Hp negative (u = ld) individuals were used. Hp was detected by urease test and histological examination. Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the LL-37 expression at protein level. T-test was used for data analysis. Results Positive staining of LL-37 was found in all samples in Hp positive gastric mucosa using IHC method. But the reaction intensity in Hp negative specimens was weak, compared to the strong signal in Hp positive specimens (P〈O.05). There was no correlation between LL-37 expression and Hp density. Conclusion Hp infection can induce the expression of LL-37 in gastric mucosa. It suggests that LL-37 may play an antibacterial role in Hp induced gastritis.
