摘　　要：目的探讨灰质异位症的临床表现及影像学特点。方法回顾性分析4例灰质异位症患者临床表现及CT和MRI资料。结果所有患者均出现癫痫发作,智力下降,影像学可见脑室周围或脑白质内出现灰质影像。1例合并巨脑回畸形、双侧脑室融合畸形。结论结合癫痫发作的病史、神经智力发育障碍、神经系统功能缺失以及影像学表现。Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations and CT as well as MRI characteristics of heterotopic gray matter.Methods In a retrospective study we analyzed the clinical manifestations and CT as well as MRI data of 4 patients with heterotopic gray matter.Results The clinical manifestations of the above 4 patients included seizures and intellectual decline,among them 1 petient with pachygyria malformations and another 1 patient with limb paralysis.The imaging examination revealed gray matter image on periventricular zone or white matter.Conclusion heterotopic gray matter can be diagnosed according to the history of seizures,mental and intellectual retardation,neurological deficits and CT as well as MRI performance.
