摘　　要：错畸形中的病理性因素会造成咀嚼系统功能紊乱,错畸型本身也可以干扰咀嚼系统的正常生理功能。正畸医生在临床操作中应掌握常见的病理性错畸形的类型及治疗原则,同时注重对咀嚼系统功能影响较大的正畸治疗因素,明确咀嚼系统功能紊乱的正畸治疗特点及注意事项。Not only pathological occlusal factors of malocclusion,but also malocclusion itself can cause dysfunction of masticatory system.An orthodontist should know the common types of pathological malocclusion as well as principles of treatment,and pay attention to important factors of orthodontic treatment which can affect masticatory function,and know the orthodontic treatment characteristics and cautions about patients with dysfunction of masticatory system.
