摘　　要：贵阳院生产管理子系统是根据院三标体系文件和多项生产管理制度，通过多项业务流程优化研发的生产管理信息化整体解决方案，是生产管理信息化建设的重要成果。文章主要介绍了系统建设过程、系统功能、推广应用情况和取得的成果，最后总结系统优点及不足并提出解决措施。The production management subsystem is an overall solution for production management information, which is optimized and developed based on the three documents and many production management systems, and through various production processes, and is also an important achievement of production management information construction. The article mainly introduces the system developing process and function, as well as the system promotion and application, and results. Finally the article summarizes the merits and shortage of the system and proposes the measures for improvement.
