摘　　要：中国社会科学院调查显示,子女教育费用在我国居民总消费中排在第一位,超过了养老和住房。中国青少年研究中心的调查报告指出:大学学费在近20年的时间里上涨了约25倍。而此间国民人均收入增长不到4倍,扣除价格因素实际增长2.3倍,大学学费的涨幅几乎10倍于居民收入的增长。①本文对此现状进行了分析,并提出了相应的建议。The survey of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences show that the children＇s education tuition rank in the first of our residents of overall consumption,which more than endowment and housing. Another investigation report from China Youth Research Center point out university tuition increase of about 25 times in nearly 20 years. But during these period,the national per capita income increased no more than 4 times,taking off the praise factors,it increased 2.3 times in fact,that is to say,college tuition almost is ten times of capita income. This paper analyses this situation and put forwards some countermeasure.
