摘　　要：课余体育训练是学校体育工作的一项重要内容,本文从课余体育训练与竞技体育和学校体育的关系以及对课余体育训练的价值进行分析,对课余体育训练进行重新定位,切实做好学校体育工作。After-class sports training is an important content of schooll physical education.The paper analyzes on the relationship between after-class sports training and competitive sports and school physical education,analyze on the value of the after-class sports training.In order to reposition the after-class sports training and do well in the work of school physical education.
