摘 要:目的:应用计算机辅助技术制作个性化钛板治疗单侧复杂颧骨骨折,并利用计算机三维测量技术评价其治疗效果。方法:10例单侧复杂颧骨骨折的患者,其中男性8例,女性2例。应用图形处理软件,以CT数据为基础,行颧面部三维重建,镜像翻转复制健侧颧骨替代患侧颧骨,制作个体化钛板后手术治疗颧骨骨折。术后通过计算机图形处理软件测量颧骨位置评价疗效。术后所有病例未出现相关并发症。结果:计算机辅助制作个性化钛板技术在重建颧骨形态和位置方面具有明显优越性。结论:快速原型结合镜像技术制作个性化钛板技术可以更加精确地恢复颧骨位置。Objective:To create personalized titanium-plate for unilateral complex zygomatic fracture by computer-aided technique,and to evaluate its therapeutic effect were selected,including by three-dimensional measurement technique.Methods:10 patients with unilateral complex zygomatic fracture,8 males and 2 females.We reconstructed three-dimensional model of the zygomatic facial region using graphics software,then replaced injured zygoma with uninjured zygoma and created personalized titanium-plate to treat zygomatic fractures.We evaluated the zygoma position with graphics software postoperatively.Complications in all cases did not appear.Results:Computer-aided fabricated personalized titanium-plate technique had obvious advantages in the reconstruction of shape and position of zygoma.Conclusion:The combination of rapid prototyping technology with mirror image technique could accurately restore zygoma position.
