摘　　要：目的探讨再生肝磷酸酶-3(PRL-3)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在鼻腔鼻窦鳞癌中表达及相关性。方法采用免疫组化法对30例鼻腔鼻窦鳞癌组织行PRL-3和EGFR检测,并用20例鼻腔正常黏膜组织做对照。结果 PRL-3和EGFR在各级鼻腔鼻窦鳞癌组织中均有表达,与正常鼻黏膜比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),均有随鳞癌分级的升高而表达增强的趋势。PRL-3、EGFR在鼻腔鼻窦鳞癌中的表达有显著的相关性(P<0.05)。结论 PRL-3和EGFR的表达均能反映鼻腔鼻窦鳞状细胞癌的增殖活性,表达强度可反映鳞癌细胞增殖活性的高低。二者可能协同促进鼻腔鼻窦鳞癌的发生发展以及侵袭和转移。Objective To study the clinical significance of expression and correlation of phosphatase of regeneratingliver-3（PRL-3）and epidermal growth factor receptor（EGFR） in squamous cell carcinomas（SCC） of the nasal cavities and paranasal sinuses.Methods The expression of PRL-3 and EGFR was analyzed by immunohistochemical analysis in 40 cases of SCC in the nasal cavities and paranasal sinuses and 20 cases of normal mucous as control.Results Both PRL-3 and EGFR were expressed in all histopathological grades of the SCC.The expression was significantly different between normal controls and group with SCC（P〈0.05）.The PRL-3 and EGFR expression increased with the increased histopat hological grade of the SCC.A significant relationship was found between PRL-3 and EGFR expression in the squamous cell carcinomas（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Both PRL-3 and EGFR expression can reflect the proliferation activity of the SCC,and both of them may promote cooperatively the development,progress,invasion and metastas of SCC.
