摘　　要：目的检测肝再生磷酸酶-3(PRL-3)mRNA在上皮性卵巢癌及其转移灶中的表达,探讨其与上皮性卵巢癌发生、发展以及侵袭转移的生物学行为之间的关系。方法以22例正常卵巢组织为对照,通过半定量PCR测定84例上皮性卵巢癌原发灶及58例大网膜转移灶PRL-3 mRNA相对表达水平,并分析其表达水平与临床病理学指标的关系。结果 84例卵巢癌组织中PRL-3基因表达量显著高于正常卵巢组织。58例转移灶PRL-3基因表达量(2.24+0.52)显著高于原发肿瘤(1.50+0.47)(P<0.05)。PRL-3基因表达水平与肿瘤远处转移有相关性(P<0.05),而与临床分期、肿瘤病理类型、分化程度及年龄均无关(P>0.05),与3年生存率有关(P<0.01)。结论 PRL-3基因在上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展和侵袭转移中起重要作用,PRL-3可能成为判断上皮性卵巢癌转移高危因素的一个生物标志物。Objective To investigate the expression of phosphatase of regenerating liver-3（PRL-3） mRNA in metastasis of epithelial ovarian carcinoma.Methods The expression of PRL-3 mRNA was examined semi-quantitatively in 84 specimens of primary tumor and 58 specimens in greater omentum metastasis of epithelial ovarian carcinoma and 22 specimens of normal ovarian tissues.The correlations of PRL-3 mRNA expression with tumor metastasis and with the clinicopathological features of epithelial ovarian carcinoma were studied.Results The PRL-3 mRNA level in primary ovarian carcinoma was higher than that in normal ovarian tissue（1.50＋0.47 vs 1.02＋0.37,P0.05）.The PRL-3 mRNA levels of metastasis（2.24＋0.52） were significantly higher than that of primary cancer（P0.05）.The expression of PRL-3 mRNA was significantly correlated with metastasis and three-year survival rate of patients（P0.05）,but not correlated with the clinical stage,pathology type,degree of differentiation and age of patients（P0.05）.Conclusion PRL-3 gene expression is associated with tumor invasion and metastasis of epithelial ovarian carcinoma,which indicates that PRL-3 might be used as a biomarker for metastasis of ovarian cancer.
