摘  要:目的 探讨爱尔凯因表面麻醉下行胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植的麻醉效果.方法 对32例(46只眼)行胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植手术治疗的初发性翼状胬肉患者,随机分为试验组(表面麻醉组)16例(24只眼)和对照组(结膜浸润麻醉组)16例(22只眼).对照组给予常规2%利多卡因浸润麻醉后进行常规胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术;试验组给爱尔凯因(0.5%盐酸丙美卡因滴眼液)表面麻醉后行同样术式.主要观察麻醉效果、手术时间及植床与植片的匹配程度.结果 采用表面麻醉和浸润麻醉的效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),表麻组手术时间相对较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),试验组植床与植片匹配度明显好于对照组(P<0.005).结论 表面麻醉完全能满足胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术的要求,且能清晰地切除病变组织并使植床与植片很好匹配,缩短了手术时间,减少了病人的痛苦.Objective To observe the clinical effects of surface anesthesia with 0.5% Proparacaine hydrochloride eye drops in the treatment of surgical excision of pterygium and limbal-conjunctival transplantation with stem cells. Methods Selected 32 cases of primary pterygium (46 eyes) were divided into two groups randomly. The test group was treated with the surgical excision of pterygium and limbal-conjunctival transplantation with stem cells under surface anesthesia. Traditional anesthesia was performed on another group. Results The differences of anesthesia between test group and control group was not statistically significant (P〉0.05). The operative time of test group was less than that of the control group (P 〈0.001). The fit rate of the test group for the area of surgical excision and transplant was better than that of the control group (P 〈0.005).Conclusions Surface anesthesia with 0.5% Proparacaine hydrochloride eye drops can provide useful anesthesia for pterygium surgery. Surface anesthesia is an effective and safe to increase the fit rate of the area of surgical excision and transplant, to shorten operation time, and reduce the patients' pain.
