摘  要:目的 比较Pentacam三维眼前节分析诊断系统、IOL-Master眼科光学生物测量仪及A型超声测量前房深度的差异,并对三种测量结果进行一致性评价.方法 随机抽取屈光手术前的近视眼患者63例(126只眼),受检者年龄平均为(25.09±1.29)岁,等效球镜屈光度平均为(-5.19±2.04)D.应用Pentacam、IOL-Master及A型超声三种仪器分别对双眼中央前房深度进行测量,并对检查结果采用单因素方差分析.结果 Pentacam、IOL-Master及A型超声测量前房深度的平均值分别为(3.718±0.282)mm、(3.723±0.295)mm和(3.584±0.261)mm.Pentacam与IOL-Master之间有较好的一致性,比较没有统计学意义(P>0.05).而A型超声与Pentacam、IOL-Master之间的平均值差别分别为(0.133±0.025)mm(P<0.05)、(0.139±0.020)mn(P<0.05),有统计学意义.结论 三种仪器在进行前房深度测量时,从总体上讲,Pentacam与IOL-Master测量值较A型超声数值偏大,Pentacam与IOL-Master前房深度值一致性较好,可相互替代,而A型超声与Pentacam、IOL-Master测量结果有显著性差异,完全相互替代需慎重.Objective To explore the differences of central anterior chamber depth (ACD) determined by Pentacam, IOL-Master and A-Scan and to evaluate the agreement of the three instruments. Methods A total of 126 eyes of 63 subjects aged (25.09 ± 1.29) with spherical Equivalent-(- 5.19 ± 2.04)D were determined ACD on both eyes with Pentacam, IOLMaster and A-Scan. Data were used to analyze the difference of ACD between the three methods. Results The mean value of ACD was (3.718± 0.282) mm for Pentacam and (3.723± 0.295) mm for IOL-Master and (3.584± 0.261) mm for A-Scan. Pentacam and IOL-Master showed a high corre lation and there was no significantly difference. Compared the A-Scan with the Pentacam and IOL-Master measurements significantly misestimate ACD by a mean of (0.133± 0.025) mm (P 〈0.05), (0.139±0.020) mm (P 〈0.05),respectively and there was significantly significant difference. Conclusions Pentacam and IOL-Master can be interchanged for ACD, but A-Scan and Pentacam or IOL-Master cannot be interchanged fully.
