PAR-2在人胰腺肿瘤细胞中的表达及其相关机制的研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对蛋白酶激活受体-2(PAR-2)在人胰腺癌细胞及癌旁组织中表达态势的研究,以期明确PAR-2在胰腺癌中表达特点,并探索其相关机制。方法:收集胰腺癌标本,采用免疫组织化学(SP法)检测胰腺癌PAR-2基因的表达;培养胰腺癌细胞,采用逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测胰腺癌PAR-2基因的表达。结果:胰腺癌组PAR-2 mR-NA的表达高于对照组(P<0.01)。PAR-2在胰腺癌中的表达与患者年龄、性别无关(P>0.05),但癌细胞远处转移者显著高于无转移者(P<0.01)。结论:胰腺癌的发生与发展与PAR-2正相关。PAR-2在胰腺癌中的表达与患者年龄、性别无关;但与淋巴结转移正相关。AIM：By observing expression of PAR-2 in human pancreatic cancer cells and cancer tissue adjacent.In order to clear of expression characteristic of PAR-2 in pancreatic cancer and explore relevant mechanism.METHODS： Collect pancreatic specimens and adopting method of SP to detect expression of pancreatic cancer PAR-2 gene.Cultivate pancreas cancer cells and adopting RT-PCR detection expression of PAR-2 gene in pancreatic cancer.RESULTS： PAR-2 mRNA expression of pancreatic cancer group higher than control greup（P0.01）.PAR-2 expression has nothing related with age,sex（P0.05）.But pancreatic cancer lymph node metastasis is closely positive related to PAR-2 expression,tumor cells distant metastasis,who was significantly higher than those not transfer,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.CONCLUSION： Occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer is positive correlation of PAR-2.PAR-2 expression in pancreatic cancer has nothing related with age,sex.Occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer is positive correlation of pancreatic cancer lymph node metastasis.
