摘　　要：目的探讨丝裂霉素C联合左-氧氟沙星凝胶治疗慢性泪道阻塞的远期效果。方法探通泪道并滞留探针20～30min,取出探针后,用丝裂霉素C联合左-氧氟沙星凝胶冲洗治疗慢性泪道阻塞患者21例(21眼),随访1～3a,观察远期泪道通畅程度及并发症的情况。结果远期治愈率:本组21例中治愈15例,好转4例,治愈率为71.4%,总有效率90.4%。结论应用丝裂霉素C联合左-氧氟沙星凝胶治疗泪道阻塞远期效果较好,方法简单,并发症少,易于推广。Objective To study the long-term effects of combined mitomycin C Left-ofloxacin gel in the treatment of chronic lacrimal duct obstruction. Methods Probing and lacrimal duct stranded probe 20～30min,remove the probe,combined with mitomycin C Left-Ofloxacin Gel washing patients for chronic lacrimal duct obstruction in 21 cases（21 eyes） were followed 1～3 years,observe the long-term patency of lacrimal level and complications. Results Long-term cure rate：21 cases in this group 15 patients were cured,4 cases were improved,the cure rate was 71.4%,90.4% total efficiency. Conclusion Mitomycin C combined left-Ofloxacin treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction gel better long-term,simple,less complications,easy to spread.
