摘　　要：比较RootZX和Raypex5两种根管长度测量仪测量老年人后牙根管工作长度(root working length,RWL)的准确性;发现二者测量准确、简便,准确性差异没有显著性;不同牙髓状态时的测量结果差异亦无显著性。The accuracy of working length of posterior teeth of old patients was determined by two electronic root length surveyors RootZX and Rapex 5 respectively in 712 canals of 356 patients aged more than 65 years old.There was no statistical difference of the measurement data between the 2 instruments and between different pulp conditions.
