摘 要:为挖掘无融合生殖种质,并为"系法"杂交水稻的选育提供参考,以低能N^+束注入诱变所得同源四倍体双胚苗突变水稻的再生植株,及其原始亲本和实生后代为研究材料,研究了3份不同世代材料的农艺性状、芒的特征和谷粒性状。结果表明,在农艺性状上,这3份材料之间无显著性差异。与原始亲本相比,再生植株的芒长显著减少,在谷粒性状上差异较大。与再生植株相比,实生后代的芒长无显著增减,在谷粒性状上差异较小。In order to tap the gerrnplasm of apomixis and provide reference to a line hybrid rice breeding, by studying ion-implanted autotetraploid twin-embryo seedling mutant rice regeneration, its original parent and the seedling progeny, systematic comparisons were done on agronomic characteristics, traits of awn and grain characters of the three materials. The results showed that they were similar in the main agronomic characteristics. Compared with the original parent, the awn length of the plant regeneration had been significantly reduced, the plant regeneration varied greatly in grain characters. Compared with the plant regeneration, the awn length of the seedling progeny had no significant increase or decrease; the seedling progeny had small difference in grain traits.
