摘　　要：从液态炉渣对炉衬的侵蚀，以及溅渣层与炉衬的结合与保护三个方面介绍了溅渣层对炉衬的保护机理；并阐述了终渣中ＭｇＯ、ＦｅＯ含量和粘度对溅渣效果的影响及其控制。The mechanism of the slag splashing cover used to protect lining is introduced in three aspects: the mechanism of slag corroding lining,the mechanism of slag splashing and the cover combined with lining for protection. It is also explained about the influence of the content of MgO、FeO in slag and slag viscosity on the result of slag splashing.
