摘　　要：引入目标管理是高校管理改革的有益探索。依据工作实践研究高校目标管理的路径与方法,以构建管理模型,对于深刻理解目标管理思想、推行高校目标管理改革意义重大。本文结合高校管理工作实际,从目标管理思想宣传、目标制定、目标实施和目标考核等各环节的工作出发,研究高校目标管理,使高校目标管理更加规范。It is helpful exploration that to put management by objectives （MOB） into practice in high school. Which researching the methods and ways of management by objectives through practice in high school and constructing model of MOB is more significative for comprehending the thoughts of MOB and carrying it out. According to the practice, researchers try MOB in high school to more scientific and normative from among the all things of disseminating the theories, setting objectives, implementing objectives and assessing objectives.
