摘 要:通过对1017名大学毕业生的问卷调查,探讨大学生就业能力的结构及其对就业结果的影响。结构方程模型验证了Fugate,Kinicki和Ashforth(2004)提出的就业能力结构理论:就业能力由适应性、职业认同、人力资本和社会资本组成。就业能力与就业结果各因素之间有显著的正相关。学校类别,职业认同、人力资本对大学毕业生所获得的录用通知数量有显著的预测作用;学校类别,人力资本对大学生毕业后的起步工资有显著的预测作用;人力资本、职业认同、适应性对大学毕业生对所签约工作的满意度有显著的预测作用;适应性对入职半年后的工作适应有显著的预测作用。This study chose 1017 graduates from universities in order to investigate the construct of graduates' employahility, and analyze its effect on graduates' employment results. The study verified the employability model (Fugate, Kinicki, & Ashforth, 2004 ) by structural equation modeling, which includes adaptability, vocational identity, human capital and social capital. Furthermore, we found positive relationship between employability and several employment results. The results showed that vocational identity and human capital have significant effects on the number of job offer. University type and human capital has significant effects on graduates' starting salary. University type, human capital, vocational identity and adaptability have significant effect on graduates' job satisfaction. At last, graduates' adaptability has significant predictive effect on their work adjustment half-year later.
