摘　　要：目的评价实时超声引导在经阴道复杂宫腔手术中的价值。方法回顾性分析2010年1月—2010年11月在超声引导下行经阴道宫腔手术的75例患者,其中妊娠伴子宫肌瘤25例,妊娠伴子宫先天性畸形23例,剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠1例,取环11例,人流后胎盘残留15例。均在超声引导下进行手术,整个手术过程由超声动态监测。结果 75例患者手术均一次性成功,未出现漏吸、大出血、子宫穿孔、过度损伤等并发症。结论实时超声引导行经阴道复杂宫腔手术,能避免手术的盲目性、缩短手术时间、减少并发症、提高手术准确性,直观、安全,具有很高的临床实用价值。Objective To evaluate the value of real-time ultrasound in the guidance of transvaginal complicated intra-uterine operation.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed 75 patients from Jan.2010 to Nov.2010 with transvaginal complicated uterine operation was performed,Ther were 25 cases of pregnancy with uterine myoma,23 cases of pregnancy with congenital malformation of uterus,1 case of pregnancy on caesarean section scar,11 cases with removal of intrauterine contraceptive device,15 cases with incomplete abortion.The operation was done under ultrasound guidance,and dynamically monitored by ultrasound.Results All operations in 75 cases were all successful in the first cycle,without incomplete abortion,serious bleeding,perforation in uterus,excessive damage or other complications.Conclusion complicated intra-uterine operation under real-time ultrasound guidance can avoid the blindness of operation,shorten operation time,decrease complications,improve the accuracy of operation.Which is safe with high practical value.
