摘　　要：目的:探讨腮腺多形性腺瘤患者理想的手术方式。方法:回顾总结河南省肿瘤医院2005年1月至2009年10月首次收治的197例腮腺多形性腺瘤患者的手术方式,对术后并发症情况进行分析。结果:行腮腺浅叶切除术患者155例,行腮腺部分切除术患者33例,行腮腺全叶切除术患者9例。全部患者术后均未出现肿瘤复发,腮腺部分切除患者术后出现面神经麻痹及耳垂麻木比率低。结论:肿瘤距面神经较远,直径较小时,腮腺部分切除术是一种理想的手术方式。Objective：To analyze patients who have been confirmed pleomorphic ade noma and determine the correct surgical approach. Methods：To observe surgical m ethods and postoperative complications and review the recurrence,a retrospectiv e analysis was carried out among 197 cases of patients confirmed pleomorphic ade nomas for the first time during January 2005 to October 2009 in Henan tumor hosp ital. Results：155 cases of patients were treated by superficial parotidectomy, 33 cases by partial parotidectomy,9 cases by total parotidectomy.No recurren ce in all postoperative cases.There was the lowest level of facioplegia and ear lobe numb in postoperative cases treated by partial parotidectomy. Conclusion：Partial parotidectomy is the best surgical method when adenoma is far from fac ial nerve and small size.
