摘　　要：目的：了解血液透析患者生命意义感情况.方法：采用生命意义感量表对125例血透患者进行问卷调查和分析.结果：血液透析患者生命意义感总分为（65.87±0.37）分,4个维度得分均低于理论平均值,且具有显著统计学意义.结论：血透患者生活态度消极,无明确的生活目的,生命意义感偏低.护理工作者可通过与患者有效沟通,帮助患者建立良好的生活态度,提高其生命意义感.Objective： Finds out the hemodialysis patient life significance feeling situation. Methods： Uses the life stgntitcance teet- ing meter to pass the patient to 125 example blood to carry on the questionnaire survey and the analysis. Results： The hemodialysis patient life significance feeling total score is （65.87±0.37） point,4 dimension scores is lower than the theory mean value,also has the remarkable statistics significance. Conclusion：The blood passes the patient to live the manner to be negative,the not explicit life goal,the life significance feeling is somewhat low. Nurses the worker to be possible through to communicate effectively with the patient,helps the patient to establish the good life manner, enhances its life significance feeling.
