摘　　要：目的：了解中小学生不同包皮状态对尿流率的影响,为更加准确分析尿流率结果提供参考.方法：在郴州市城区内采用整群随机方法选择中小学男生2068名.依包皮状态将2068名学生分为管状包茎（Ⅰ型）、包茎（Ⅱ型）、包皮过长（Ⅲ型）、包皮正常（Ⅳ、Ⅴ型）五组.对比分析不同的包皮状态对尿流率所产生的影响.结果：最大尿流率（Qmax）均值在Ⅰ型包皮学生中为13.84±2.80 ml/s,Ⅱ型为14.25±2.84 ml/s,Ⅲ型为16.24±2.40 ml/s,Ⅳ型为17.66±2.32 ml/s,Ⅴ型为18.32±2.87 ml/s.平均尿流率（Qave）均值在Ⅰ型包皮学生为8.82±2.42 ml/s,Ⅱ型为9.42±2.19 ml/s,Ⅲ型为10.73±2.07 ml/s,Ⅳ型为11.56±2.13 ml/s,Ⅴ型为12.37±2.27 ml/s.结论：包皮状态对尿流率有影响,有包茎的学生Qmax和Qave降低,其中管状包茎（Ⅰ型包皮）影响更明显,包皮过长主要影响Qave.Objective：Understood the elementary and middle school students different wrapper condition to the urine rate of discharge influence,provides the reference for the more accurate analysis urine rate of discharge result. Methods：Uses entire group stochastic method choice elementary and middle schools male student 2068 in the Chenzhou city. Divides into according to the wrapper condition 2068 students the tubular foreskin （ Ⅰ ） Foreskin （ Ⅱ ） The wrapper excessively is long （Ⅲ ） Wrapper normal （Ⅳ, Ⅴ ） Five groups. The contrast analysis different wrapper condition the influenc which produces to the urine rate of discharge. Results： Biggest urine rate of discharge （Qmax） average value in I In the wrapper student is 13.84±2.80 ml/s, Ⅱ Is 14.25±2. 84 ml/s, Ⅲ Is 16.24±2.40 ml/s, ⅣIs 17.66±2.32 ml/s, Ⅴ Is 18.325=2.87 ml/s. Average urine rate of discharge （Qave） average value in I The wrapper student is 8. 82±2.42 ml/s, lI Is 9.42±2. 19 ml/s, mls 10. 735=2.07 ml/s, lVIs 11.56±2.13 ml/s, V Is 12.37±2.27 ml/ s. Conclusion：The wrapper condition is influential to the urine rate of discharge, has foreskin student Qmax and Qave reduces, in which tubular foreskin （ Ⅰ The wrapper） affects obviously,the wrapper excessively is long major effect Qave.
