摘　　要：企业重组是市场经济发育到一定程度的必然结果。通过企业重组，使社会总资本向单个企业集中，发展高新技术产业，提高企业竞争实力。企业重组可根据不同的发展目标选用不同的重组战略或重组战略组合。Enterprise-reforming is the inevitable result of the development of market economy, by means of which the social capital investment goes to one single enterprise. It helps cultivate the high technology and enhance the competitive ability of the newly formed group. Enterprise reforming, according to its different goals, can adopt accordingly relevant reforming strategy or strategies with regard to some hence-arising problems.
