摘　　要：随着围产医学的不断发展,围产儿病死率逐渐下降,新生儿畸形成为导致婴儿死亡的一个重要原因.畸形儿产前诊断与筛查越来越受到重视,超声具有对母体及胎儿检查无创性、准确性等特点,已成为产前检查最常用工具.本文对超声诊断胎儿致命性成骨发育不全1例进行报道.Along with encircles produces the medicine the unceasing development, encircles produces the case fatality rate to drop gradually, the newborn becomes abnormally causes an important reason which the baby died.
