摘 要:目的:了解彭州市高、低年级小学生口腔卫生知识、行为状况,为小学生口腔健康教育提供对策.方法:按照分层抽样方法,随机选取彭州市军乐中心小学2~4年级248人,5~6年级161人学生作为研究对象,进行问卷调查.结果:虽然74.33%的学生认识到口腔保健的重要性,但相关知识有所欠缺,尤其是对含氟牙膏对防龋病有效认识不清,对正确刷牙行为的认识亦不容乐观.高、低年级小学生的口腔卫生知识行为差异有统计学意义.结论:小学生加强口腔卫生知识宣教急需加强.Objeeitve:Understood Pengzhou high,lower grade elementary student oral hygiene knowledge,behavior condition, provides the countermeasure for the elementary student oral cavity health education. Methods: According to the stratified sampling method, stochastically selects the Pengzhou Military music Center Elementary school 2-4 grade 248 people,5-6 grade 161 human of students took the object of study, carries on the questionnaire survey. Results:Although 74.33% students realize to the oral cavity health care importance,but the correlation knowledge has is short of,in particular to contains the fluorine toothpaste to guard against the decayed tooth to get sick the effective understanding not to be unclear, to cleans the teeth correctly the behavior understanding also unoptimistic. High,the lower grade elementary student's oral hygiene knowledge behavior difference has statistics sig- nificance. Conclusion:The elementary student strengthens the oral hygiene knowledge propaganda urgent need enhancement.
