摘　　要：目的：探讨应用锁定钢板治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床应用及其疗效。方法：采用股骨近端锁定钢板治疗26例老年股骨转子间骨折。结果：26例病人中25例骨性愈合，髋关节功能恢复良好，优良率为88．9％。1例出现钢板断裂。结论：锁定钢板治疗老年股骨转子间骨折能提供较佳的即时稳定性，操作简单，创伤小，出血少，可以作为骨质疏松患者的首选内固定材料。Objective：Discussion application locking steel plate treatment old age thighbone intertrochanteric bone fracture clinical practice and curative effect. Methods：Uses the thighbone near--end locking steel plate to treat 26 example old age thighbone inter- trochanteric bone fracture. Results：In 26 example patients 25 example osseouses heal, the coxa function restores good, fine rate is 88. 9%. 1 example appears the steel plate break. Conclusion： The fixed steel plate treatment old age thighbone intertrochanteric bone fracture can provide the good immediate stability, the operation is simple, the wound is small,bleeds few,may take in the osteoporo- sis patient＇s first choice the fixed material.
