摘　　要：随着高校招生规模的扩大,高校收费制度的实施和标准的逐年提高,使原本存在的高校贫困生问题更加突出。解决高校贫困生问题是现代人才培养和体现教育公平性的需要,本文以"高校贫困生问题"为题,探索解决"高校贫困生问题"的有效办法,具有十分现实的意义。The expanding enrollment in colleges and universities affords more educational opportunities of getting higher education for the students whose families are in poverty. However, propelled by the operation of the university charge system and the increase of the charge standard, the proportion of the poor students has kept growing on an annual basis. As a result, it makes the original problem of the poor college students more serious. The settlement of the problem of the poor college students shows the educational justice and meets the need of cultivation of the modem talented people. Based on some research, this thesis, which entitled by the problem of the poor college students, holds the purpose to put forward some effective way in solving the problem.
