摘　　要：研究了皂角种子胶与氯乙酸的羧甲基化反应,主要讨论了原料用量、原料颗粒大小及反应温度等因素对羧甲基化反应取代度的影响。The carboxy methylation reaction between Chinese honey locust and chloroacetic acid was studied. The influences of raw material quantity, the size of raw powder and the reaction temperature on the degree of substitution were discussed.
