摘　　要：本文介绍了纯胶的基本性质及在食品、纺织、造纸等行业的应用,叙述了纯胶在国内外的发展情况,总结了纯胶合成的湿法工艺、干法工艺、有机相工艺、微波法工艺基本情况及对比。The application of starch octenyl succinate （SSOS） are introduced. The application introduction refers to many industries, including food, textile, papermaking and some others. The domestic and foreign development of SSOS are also introduced. The different preparation methods are summarized and contrasted, involving wet processing, dry preparation, organic synthesis and microwave irradiation.
