摘　　要：随着对皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤(CTCL)病理发生机制研究的深入以及肿瘤治疗技术的进步,近年来对CTCL诊断及治疗方法也有了一定的进展。早期CTCL首选局部治疗及免疫治疗。全身皮肤电子束治疗、靶向治疗及化疗、联合治疗、维持治疗是进展期CTCL的主要治疗手段。近年来新的药物及治疗方法不断涌现,本文对皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤的临床特点及其治疗进展作一综述。Much more has been known about the pathologic mechanism and the therapies of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma （CTCL） in recent years as a result of further researches and progresses on tumor therapy.Topical treatments have become the first-line treatment for early stage CTCL whereas systemic treatments such as total skin electron beam therapy,targeted therapy,chemotherapy,and maintenance therapy have gradually become important treatments for advanced CTCL.The object of this article is to make a review of the progress of researches on cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.
