摘　　要：胆囊类癌是极罕见的病例,在所有类癌中,原发于胆囊的不到0.5%.本例患者为老年女性,发生于胆囊颈部,病变呈息肉样.患者具有胆囊息肉病史10余年,逐渐增大3mo,行腹腔镜胆囊切除术.病理示肿瘤细胞大小致,可见菊形团样排列;细胞核圆形,核染质细颗粒状,无核仁;免疫组织化学示嗜铬素及突触素阳性;病理诊断为胆囊典型类癌.本例为第1例在10余年胆囊息肉病史中发现的胆囊类癌.Carcinoid tumor of the gallbladder is a rare tumor which comprises less than 0.5% of all human carcinoid tumors.We present a case of primary carcinoid tumor of the gallbladder in a 57-yearold woman with a chief complaint of polypoid lesions of the gallbladder over ten years.The tumor measured 1.5 cm× 1 cm × 0.9 cm and was located in the neck of the gallbladder.Histologically,the tumor showed features of classical carcinoid,and tumor cells were positive for synapsin and chromogranin A.The tumor occurred on a background of cholesterol polyps.Based on published data,we did a comprehensive literature review of carcinod tumor of the gallbladder.This is the f irst case of primary carcinoid tumor of the gallbladder that occurred after the presence of cholesterol polyps over 10 years.
