电脑比色仪辅助制作金-瓷与Lava全瓷修复体的颜色再现效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨作为前牙美容修复的金-瓷、Lava全瓷修复体应用Vita Easyshade电脑比色仪比色制作后的颜色效果评价。方法:使用Vita Easyshade电脑比色仪比色后制作的金-瓷、Lava全瓷修复体(各80个),进行满意度调查。结果:Lava全瓷修复体的颜色再现满意度高于金-瓷修复体,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Vita Easyshade电脑比色仪辅助制作Lava全瓷修复体颜色再现效果优于金-瓷修复体。Objective To study effect evaluationin of restoration＇s color between metal-ceram restoration and Lava all-ceramic restoration as front teeth＇s prosthesis after using Vita Easyshade spectrophotometer.Methods Make an investigation of patients＇ satisfaction of 80 metal-ceram restorations and 80 Lava all-ceramic restorations according to the result of the Vita Easyshade spectrophotometer were made respectively.Results The satisfaction of color reappearance of Lava all-ceramic restoration is without exception higher than metal-ceram restoration＇s.There were statistical differences between metal-ceram restoration and Lava all-ceramic restoration（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of color reappearance using Vita Easyshade spectrophotometer to makes Lava all-ceramic restoration is better than metal-ceram restoration
