摘  要:采用醇提法,分别对毛竹、麻竹、雷竹的竹笋及笋壳进行醇提,并对醇提物进行抗氧化活性测定。对DPPH·、OH·、O_2^-·自由基的清除作用分别通过分光光度法、邻二氮菲法、邻苯三酚自氧化法进行测定,相对还原能力、总抗氧化能力的测定则采用普兰士蓝反应法和FRAP法。结果表明:不同种的竹笋及笋壳的醇提物含量与自由基清除能力、相对还原能力、总抗氧化能力均成正相关。毛竹的竹笋和笋壳在所研究竹种中抗氧化活性最强,麻竹次之,雷竹较差,且毛竹春季的竹笋和笋壳抗氧化活性总体要优于冬季。The total oxidation resistance of ethanol extracts were determined from shoots and shells of Phyllostachys pubescens, Phyllostachys praecox and Deltdrocalamus latiflorus. The elimination of DPPH·、OH· and O2^- · were determined through spectrophotometry, phenanthroline spectrophotometry and pyrogallol autoxidation. The comparative reducing power was determined by Prussian blue reaction, and the total oxidation resistance was based on FRAP assay. The results showed that the content of crude extracts was positively related with the elimination of DPPH · , the elimination of OH · , the elimination of O2^-, comparative reducing power and total oxidation resistance. The results of antioxidant activity of crude extracts showed that PhyUostachys pubescens was the best among three kinds of bamboos, and Phyllostachys praecox was better than Dendrocalamtts latiflorus. In comparision to the winter, the antioxidant activity of Phyllostachys pubescens was better in the spring than those in th winter.
