摘　　要：借鉴平衡计分卡的基本原理,从技术创新、员工、顾客、组织层面构建相应的评价指标体系,利用模糊网络分析法(FANP)对中小企业知识转移绩效进行综合评价,并对其结果进行反馈,以利于中小企业发现所存在的问题并采取相应措施,提高知识转移的整体绩效。On the basis of principle of the balanced scorecard,The thesis constructs corresponding evaluation index system from technical innovation,employees,customers,organizational level,using fuzzy network analysis（FANP） to carry on performance comprehensive evaluation of knowledge transfer,and the feedback of results is used for favoring the small and medium-sized enterprises to find the problems and adopt corresponding measures to improve the overall performance of knowledge transfer.
