摘　　要：目的探讨临床药学监测对抗感染药物合理应用的必要性。方法临床药师深入临床,根据住院患者诊疗过程的不同阶段,结合药物药代谢学/药效学(PK/PD)特性及抗菌谱特点,指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。结果临床药师可以为临床医师,有效地鉴别和解决药物应用过程中出现的各种问题,通过实施药学监测,明显提高感染性疾病用药的安全性、有效性和经济性,改善患者预后,缩短治疗时间,降低药费比。结论临床药师参与临床治疗实践,有利于提高临床抗感染药物的治疗水平。OBJECTIVE To investigate the essentiality of pharmaceutical care in rational application of antimicrobial drug.METHODS Clinical pharmacists participated in clinical work to guide the rational used of antimicrobial agents,referring the patients′ different stages of clinics process and combining with the pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics characteristics（PK/PD） of antimicrobial drug and antibacterial spectrum.RESULTS Pharmaceutical care for patients could apparently make the use of drugs more safely,effectively and economically as well as improving the patient＇s prognosis,shortening the medication time and reducing the ratio of medicine fee.CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists＇ participation in clinical practice will help to improve the rational pharmacotherapy.
