摘　　要：从数字环境下图书馆服务转型与定位入手,尝试从用户满意层面、系统和资源的利用层面以及服务成本层面构建面向数字环境的图书馆服务绩效评估指标体系,并分析了数字环境下图书馆服务绩效评价的影响因素,最终分别从图书馆服务本身的多个层面以及图书馆服务绩效管理的层面提出数字环境下图书馆服务绩效提升的策略。Starting with the change and orientation of library service in the digital environment,this paper tries to construct a digital environment-oriented library service performance evaluation indicator system from the perspective of user satisfaction,system and resources utilization,and service cost.The paper analyzes the influence factors of library service performance evaluation in the digital environment.Finally,the paper proposes some strategies for improving the library service performance in the digital environment from several levels of library service and from the level of library service performance management.
