摘  要:选择籽粒淀粉含量不同的高粱恢复系,在相同的环境条件下种植,于高粱开花后,用Li-6400型光合作用测定系统,测定了叶片的净光合速率,用常规方法测定叶片叶绿素含量和比叶重,用GB5006-85方法测定籽粒淀粉含量。结果表明,在高粱开花28d后,高淀粉高粱叶片叶绿素含量和比叶重均显著高于低淀粉高粱叶片叶绿素含量和比叶重,籽粒淀粉含量与叶片叶绿素含量和比叶重之间呈显著正相关。在高粱开花14d后,高淀粉高粱叶片净光合速率显著高于低淀粉高粱叶片净光合速率,籽粒淀粉含量与叶片净光合速率之间呈显著正相关。利用便携式光合测定系统,可方便地进行叶片净光合速率的瞬时、准确测定,因此可以把高粱灌浆期叶片净光合速率作为选择高淀粉高粱的一个有效指标。Sorghum restorers with different starch content levels were planted under the same environmental condition.After anthesis,the net photosynthetic rate in sorghum leaves was measured using Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system;the chlorophyll content and specific leaf weight in leaves were measured with regular method.The starch content in grains of sorghum were measured with GB5006-85 method.The results were as follows:on 28 d after anthesis,the chlorophyll content and specific leaf weight in leaves of high starch content sorghum were significantly higher than those of low starch content sorghum;the starch content in sorghum grains had a significantly positive correlation with the chlorophyll content and specific leaf weight in leaves of sorghum.On 14 d after anthesis,the net photosynthetic rate in leaves of high starch content sorghum was significantly higher than that of low starch content sorghum;the starch content in sorghum grains had a significantly positive correlation with the net photosynthetic rate.With the use of portable photosynthesis system,the net photosynthetic rate could be measured quickly and precisely,the net photosynthetic rate could be effectively used as a selection index for high starch content sorghum breeding.
