50例高血压患者低密度脂蛋白与血压变异性的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨低密度脂蛋白与高血压患者血压变异性的关系。方法:选择50例原发性高血压(EH)患者,分为低密度脂蛋白升高(LDL>3.12 mmol/l)和LDl正常(LDL≤3.12 mmol/l)两组。采用无创性袖带式血压监测仪行24 h动态血压监测。以24 h血压及血压变异性(BPV)为监测指标。结果:两组的24小时血压及BPV均有差异(P<0.05)。结论:24 h平均血压及变异性与低密度脂蛋白相关。Objective： To investigate the correlation between low-density lipoprotein（LDL） and blood pressure variability.Methods： Fifty patients with essential hypertension（EH） were divided into elevated LDL group（LDL〉3.12mmol / L） and normal LDL group（LDL ≤ 3.12mmol / l）.24h blood pressure and blood pressure variability（BPV） were monitored as blood pressure variability by non-invasive blood pressure cuff.Results： Differences in 24-hour blood pressure and BPV were observed between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusions： Average 24-hour blood pressure is correlated with BPV.
