摘　　要：通过对大学英语教师专业发展及教育技术培训的问卷调查,分析了大学英语教师专业发展与教育技术培训的现状及存在的问题,指出今后应重视提升教育技术培训的系统性、针对性及培训途径的多样性,以更有效地促进大学英语教师的专业发展。A thorough analysis is made through questionnaire of the current situation of college English teachers＇ professional development and educational technology training.It further points out that great importance should be attached to the systematization,directivity and diversity of the educational technology training in order to promote the professional development of college
