摘　　要：近年来,国内学界对华威大学的研究日渐升温。这些学者从不同角度介绍了华威大学成功的原因以及值得我国高校发展的借鉴之处。通过分析华威大学的发展历程,可以看出,持续不断地创新是其成功的内在"基因"。破解这些"基因"的密码,有利于我们从中获得真正有益的借鉴和启示。Recent years witnessed increasing studies of Warwick University in Britain.Scholars in various perspectives revealed the factors contributing to the success of the University and indicated the experiences useful to China＇s university development.Through an analysis of its development history,this paper holds that constant innovation is the internal ＂gene＂ for Warwick＇s success.Decoding of that gene will shed us useful lights and provide us with references.
