摘　　要：高校基建项目的特点对于工期控制提出了非常高的要求。因此,对高校建设工程施工进度管理进行研究有着非常重要的意义。本课题从高校基建工作的特点出发,通过对高校建设工程施工进度管理包括目标确立、任务分解、施工计划、过程追踪及分析调整等方面的调查研究,总结了高校建设工程施工进度管理的特点及对策。The characteristics of university infrastructure projects proposed a very high demand for the duration control.Therefore,it is very significant to study the schedule management in the construction progress.Starting from the characteristics of university infrastructure work,this paper studies the schedule management in construction progress including establishing goals,task decomposition,construction plans,process tracking and other aspects,and summarizes the features and countermeasures of schedule management in construction progress.
