摘　　要：报道1倒虹膜角膜内皮综合在患者，综合文献复习，对本病发病机理、临床特点、诊断和治疗等进行复习，以提高临床医务工作者对本病的识别，减少误诊的发生。Author reports I case of iridocorneal endothelial syndrome and discusses the pathogenesis, clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of this disease in combination with reviewing the literature concerned. The aim of the article is to sharpen the ability of clinical medical workers to identify this disease and to avoid the occurrence of misdiagnosis.
