省域内高职教育的非均衡发展简析——以陕西省为例

摘　　要：目前我国高等职业教育存着比较严重的非均衡发展问题，甚至在一个省内，不同高职院校之间的发展也很不平衡。从陕西省的情况来看，高职教育在区域分布、招生状况、办学规模、专业分布等方面也存在着非均衡发展的问题。解决这些问题的关键在于优化高职院校区域布局，并对其进行战略调整、资源整合，科学地进行专业设置。At present, there exist serious problems of non-equilibrium development in our higher vocational education. Even in a province, the higher vocational colleges also have a clear gap between each other. Judging from Shaanxi province, there is also the problem of non-equilibrium development, such as the regional distribution of higher vocational education, enrollment status, school size and specialties distribution, etc. The key to solve these problems is to optimize the regional distribution of higher vocational colleges, make strategic adjustment and resource integration and set up specialty scientifically.
