摘　　要：借鉴IMD国际竞争力评价的理论和方法,结合我国企业发展的实际情况,研究和构建了全面评价我国企业创新发展的综合指标体系———中国企业创新发展指数。同时,利用该指数对我国各省市和工业行业的企业创新发展情况进行了动态监测和科学评价,通过定量化的数据处理,得出我国各省市和工业行业企业创新发展优劣状况的排序。By the theories and methods of IMD international competitiveness evaluation, combines with the actual situation of Chinese enterprises development, researches and builds a comprehensive indicators system that roundly evaluates Chinese enterprise innovation development-Chinese enterprise innovation development index. At the same time, using the index, it carried out the dynamic monitoring and scientific assessment for the situation of innovation development of industrial enterprises in the provincial city of China. By the quantitative data processing, it derives the strengths and weaknesses sorted of innovation development of the enterprises the industrial and the provincial city of China.
