摘　　要：通过对哈尔滨工业大学功能材料课题组与成都飞机工业集团有限责任公司合作研制记忆合金管接头项目的分析,认为合适的合作模式的选择、合作双方建立信任机制、创新的利益分享和风险共担相结合是在合作创新中应该特殊重视的问题。Based on the analysis of the project on the shape memory pipe coupling investigated jointly by the functional ma- terials group of Harbin Institute of Technology and Chengdu Aircraft Industrial （Group） limited company, the following problems should be attached special importance including the selection of appropriate cooperative model, the establishment of the belief mechanism of both sides and the combination between sharing the profit obtained from the innovation and bearing the risk.
