摘　　要：民营科技企业是以高新技术的开发实施为基础的技术创新主体。它带动了民营经济的发展,已经成为我国和我省科技进步体系的重要组成部分。为进一步贯彻落实《中共广东省委、广东省人民政府关于加快民营经济发展的决定》,广东选择若干民营科技企业进行现代企业制度试点工作。在跟踪民营科技企业现代企业制度试点示范工作的基础上,对广东民营科技企业现代企业制度建设的情况进行研究与分析,并提出相关的政策措施,使全省民营科技企业的竞争力得到进一步的提高。Private ST enterprises are the main bodies of technological innovation on the basis of development and implementation of high technology, which drives the private economic development, it has become a significant part in the system of scientific and technological progress in Guangdong, even in China. In order to carry out 《Decision of Accelerating Private Economic Development Made by the Provincial Committee and the Provincial Government》, several private ST enterprises are selected for experiment to establish modem corporate system. Based on tracking these enterprises, it evaluates the situation of construction of modem corporate system of Guangdong private ST enterprises, and it also puts forward relative policies and measures, so as to further enhance the competitiveness of Guangdong private ST enterprises.
