摘　　要：本文通过构建自主创新能力评价指标体系,对中部地区2007—2009年各省自主创新能力现状进行分析,认为中部地区各省自主创新能力偏弱,提升中部地区自主创新能力应从完善区域协调发展政策、加大研发投入、推行产学研合作战略以及合理承接国际及东部产业转移等方面入手。By constructing the evaluation index system of independent innovation ability, this paper makes analysis towards the present independent innovation ability situation of every province of the central region from 2007 to 2009. It turns out that that ability of those provinces is relatively weaker that that of other districts. As for improving the ability of the central region, it is necessary to improve the coordinative development policy, enlarging research and development input, carrying out the cooperative strategies of integrating production, practical experience with scientific research, reasonably undertaking the industry transfer of the international and the eastern parts, etc.
