摘 要:研究液压自由活塞发动机配流阀工作特性,以提高系统效率和可靠性.建立了液压自由活塞发动机配流阀工作全过程动态模型及其试验装置,结合仿真和试验分析了配流阀动作过程与泵腔压力变化之间的关系,研究了配流阀工作特性对系统性能的影响.结果表明提高吸油阀关阀速度可以提高系统燃油经济性.排油阀在下止点相对于活塞位移的滞后响应降低了系统低频工作的可控性.配流阀阀芯在开启时易与限位装置发生高速碰撞.降低配流阀构件的工作寿命.To increase the system efficiency and reliability,performances of distributing valves on a hydraulic free-piston engine were studied.Dynamic models of the valves combined with a fullcycle engine model were built and a test apparatus was set up.The relations between dynamic responses of the valve spools and the pressure changing in pump chamber were analyzed via simulation and test.The influence of distributing valves' working characteristics on the system performance was investigated.The results indicate that faster close response of the inlet valve increases the engine fuel combustion efficiency.The response lag between the outlet valve and the piston around bottom dead centre decreases the system controllability in low working frequency. A high velocity impact between valve spool and caging device might appear in the valve opening process,which makes a fall in valve operating life.
